Villa the Birds

Villa the Birds is located on a hillside, near the Vendicari Natural Reserve, with a beautiful view over the Ionian Sea.

It is located only a few kilometres away from the centre of the baroque town of Noto, in a peaceful oasis surrounded by olive trees, citrus trees and other Mediterranean flora.

The villa itself is a very well-lit bungalow with all the rooms looking out onto the terraced garden that is filled with typical Mediterranean and native plants. A park of citrus trees, almond trees and magnificent olive trees that are hundreds of years old, surrounds the garden.

Having been recently refurbished, the inside of the villa is divided as follows: there is a living area with an open-plan kitchen, one double room, a master bedroom and two bathrooms. There is also a bedroom with its own access to the garden, which can be used as a studio or as a single bedroom, as necessary. Outside the villa is a large terrace and verandah, from which one may access the pool.

The vast gardens, which are naturally terraced, slope towards the valley. The villa boasts a beautiful pool, tanning beds, and a barbecue grill along with the necessary equipment, all for the exclusive use of our guests.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. Always check booking availability and rates for your stay. If you have specific requests don't hesitate to make an enquiry. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there.
