The spacious veranda furnished with a table for 8 people comfortably accommodates you for convivial moments, full of scents and flavours of Sicily to be prepared directly at the barbecue and in the outdoor kitchen.

Through the large French windows, Villa Mascali welcomes you into its magnificent interior. The colours combine in great harmony, all the details are in the right place: you have just entered the refined and very bright living room on the ground floor. Right next door is a large, well-equipped kitchen and a service bathroom. On the same floor are two double bedrooms, both with walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with hydromassage.
The upper floor reserves a large living area – living room and kitchen with a lovely little terrace – which guarantees privacy and autonomy to the guests of the third double bedroom, also with en-suite bathroom. Another two beds are available thanks to the double sofa bed in the living room.

Villa Mascali’s interiors are truly enchantingly balanced: shades as intense as Sicily, prestigious furnishings and accessories chosen with skill and refinement.

N.B: The owner lives in the basement of the villa in a completely separate and segregated area with a private entrance, ensuring absolute privacy for guests. There are no shared spaces, and his discreet presence provides an added level of security and service, ensuring that in case of any unforeseen issues or if you need local advice, help is readily available. This truly enhances the value of the villa, offering guests both privacy and peace of mind.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there.
