Just a short distance from the stunning beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, Villa Etro is an attractive villa, built to a high specification, and offering spacious and very comfortable accommodation all on one level. Elegant in design, it has been tastefully furnished in soft tones of white, cream and grey and is well equipped throughout.
Gates open into the enclosed grounds, which have high walls, and a garden laid to lawn with palm trees and flowering shrubs. The swimming pool, with a good shallow section, is ideal for families with children, and is set in an open decked terrace surround, a perfect spot for sunbathing, and there is a covered terrace, which runs the length and side of the property, to provide welcome shade from the mid-day sun.
The terrace is furnished with a comfy rattan suite and there are table and chairs, and an outdoor kitchen, with built-in barbecue, for alfresco dining.

Safety deposit: € 500
All villas provide for the retention of the security deposit, before check-in, by pre-authorisation on the credit card or by bank transfer.
The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in the booking). Greater compensation for further damage is always legally valid.
