Villa Classy

Villa Classy is a carefully refurbished villa with a lovely garden and beautiful pool, just a stone’s throw from the sea and the sandy beaches of Sicily’s east coast and a few kilometres from the historic centres of Noto and Syracuse.

Your first glimpse as you step through the gates of Villa Classy will be the sight of the elegant façade. Enter a courtyard filled with olive trees, plants and brightly coloured flowers. The large sunbathing terraces around the salt-water pool are decked with sun beds and parasols and, alongside the terrace, there is another furnished veranda: the ideal spot for some chillout time or relaxing moments in company.

This exclusive villa has two floors and can accommodate up to 8 people. The interior exudes the atmosphere of an elegant manor house, with soft, relaxing, indulgent pastel shades and a harmonious blend of modern and antique furniture, from mirrors and light fittings to fabrics and ceramics.

The ground floor has an airy open-plan living space with a magnificent dining area and a kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need. There are also two bedrooms on this floor, a double and a twin (can be converted to a double), with a shared bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there is a second elegant living room with kitchen corner, two bedrooms (a double and a twin) and a bathroom with shower. The icing on the cake is the delightful loft space and bathroom. Step onto the amazing roof terrace and you will almost feel as if you can reach out and touch the sea with your fingertips!

The layout of the property over two floors ensures plenty of privacy for two families or a group of guests who want to holiday together but have the option of retreating to their own space when they wish.

Villa Classy is in eastern Sicily, perfectly located for total immersion in the island’s dazzling colours, archaeology and historic and natural treasures. We definitely recommend visiting Syracuse and Noto, but don’t miss out on the Vendicari Nature Reserve and the natural springs at Cavagrande. You won’t regret it!

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. Always check booking availability and rates for your stay. If you have specific requests don't hesitate to make an enquiry. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there. The accommodation is for exclusive use.
