Donnalucata is a two-story Villa: the ground floor and the pool are for guests only, while the owners live on the first floor in summer. Their presence is absolutely discrete and it actually ensures a perfect run of the holiday. Inside, spaces are really bright, comfortable, and finely furnished: a modern kitchen equipped with all facilities, a pretty living area looking onto the pool with a dining corner, as well as three spacious double bedrooms, all tastefully arranged and decorated. Moreover, the house has two bathrooms and a functional laundry room, as well as an air conditioning and heating system. The whole property is surrounded by dry-stone walls, and facilities include satellite HD TV, DVD, and CD player, beach equipment, solarium, and outdoor shower.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons.
