This 120 square-meter house is part of a 19th century noble home. It is near the San Giorgio cathedral.
The house is totally independent and overlooks the center of Modica. It has a vast terrace covered by an ancient Sicilian jasmine and two balconies, thanks to which you will be able to dine in the open with a breathtaking view of the city’s Baroque houses and churches.
The careful refurbishing preserved the ancient floors, the antique ceramics and the typical vaults in every room.
