Located in the heart of Marsala, the Florio Winery invites you to discover its historic cellars and enjoy curated tastings paired with delicious gastronomic specialties.
1. CLASSIC TOUR € 30 p.p.
This tour includes a guided visit to the historic Florio Cellars, followed by a tasting of three wines from the New Geography Classic line: Vino Florio, Marsala Vergine Riserva, and Marsala Superiore Riserva Semisecco. Each wine is paired with a small, expertly crafted culinary treat, offering a delightful introduction to the world of Marsala wines. The experience lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and is available in Italian, English, or Spanish.
2. PREMIUM TOUR FLORIO € 35 p.p.
A step above the Classic Tour, the Premium Tour enhances the experience with a tasting of wines from the New Geography Premium line. Guests will enjoy Vino Florio, Marsala Vergine Riserva, and Marsala Superiore Riserva Semisecco, all paired with three gourmet food pairings. This tour also includes a guided walk through the Florio Cellars, providing a deeper look into the winemaking process. It lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes and is offered in Italian, English, or Spanish.
3. MASTERCLASS MARSALA FLORIO € 40 p.p.
For those who want a more in-depth exploration, the Masterclass offers a comprehensive tasting of five wines, including both Classic and Premium varieties of Marsala Vergine Riserva and Marsala Superiore Riserva Semisecco. Each wine is complemented by a specially selected gourmet pairing. This seated experience is preceded by a detailed tour of the Florio Cellars and lasts 2 hours. Due to the nature of the experience, it is only available to adults.
4. FLORIO FOOD & WINE EXPERIENCE € 45 p.p.
A perfect combination of wine and gastronomy, this tour includes a guided visit to the cellars and a seated tasting of four wines: Vino Florio, Marsala Vergine Riserva, Marsala Superiore Secco, and Marsala Superiore Riserva Semisecco. These are paired with four hearty Sicilian dishes, such as smoked fish croissant, Sicilian-style “cunzato” bread, a slice of pizza rianata, and a ricotta-filled dessert. The experience lasts 2 hours and is available from April to October for individuals, or year-round for groups.
