The perfect place where, with the help of Giorgia and her delicious mother, two nice Marsalesi DOC, you can learn how to work the salt paste, creating a beautiful jewel with your hands that will remind you, looking at it, your Sicilian holiday.
While the jewel in salt paste will have to be left to dry, take the time to relax and enjoy a good Sicilian aperitif watching the lagoon, the windmills and the wonderful colours of the landscape.
