This wonderfully refurbished old rural villa stands atop a hill and offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and Sicilian countryside from the big terraces and swimming pool.

The big villa (180-square-meter), hidden between vineyards and olive trees, provides a tranquil and scenic location. The house has been built for maximum comfort while remaining true to Sicilian culture, with ancient, exposed stone walls and a new roof and floor in the spirit of local customs. The spacious terrace with views of the swimming pool, the sea, and the countryside is surrounded by dry stone walls in the Ragusa style and is ideal for dining and living outdoors.

There are three large bedrooms in the house, each with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. A comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen give inside comfort, while the living area next to the kitchen has direct access to the veranda. Every room in the house has an air conditioner, Wi-Fi Internet access, and a television. This area blends style, comfort, and contemporary for your enjoyment.

A 5-minute drive brings you to the beautiful sandy beaches of Playa Grande, Donnalucata, and the Irminio natural sanctuary, as well as Scicli’s outstanding architectural and natural treasures.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there. The accommodation is for exclusive use.
