This delightful villa is located in Marina di Modica, just a few minutes from the sea. White and cool shades of blue permeate every corner of this delightful residence, ideal for those who wish to spend their days outdoors, with the golden beach just a stone’s throw away, or sheltered, on the veranda or by the pool, inebriated by the scents and coolness of the sea breeze.

Once you cross the threshold id Villa Orchidea’s entrance, you will find yourself in front of a cosy portico and the beautiful 9m x 4m swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers. The pool area has a very important feature for those staying at Villa Orchidea with children: a retractable gate that can be left open or closed as guests choose.
The exterior is also enriched by a splendid furnished veranda: sofas and armchairs for a conversation overlooking the pool, table and chairs for outdoor dining, and an outdoor kitchen with oven and BBQ.

The villa is divided into two floors: on the ground floor, characterised by an essential style that enhances the amplitude of the spaces, thanks to the French windows in the living room and the kitchen that give the possibility of living inside and outside the house as if they were a single environment, there are 2 double bedrooms, the living/living room and the equipped kitchen.
On the first floor, recently built and accessible by an external staircase at the back, there is a lovely living room and two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The style of the furnishings give all the rooms light and freshness.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there. The accommodation is for exclusive use.
