This summer you have the chance to join a historic event thanks to the joint initiative of the Italian FS Foundation, Trenitalia and Regione Sicilia. “The Binaries of Culture. Sicily Summer 2017, touristic itineraries on historical train” is a long name for a simple project: bringing people on a vintage train to reach some of the most beautiful spots on the island.
You will have the opportunity to do a trip on board of the ALn 668.1600 vintage railcar, and go to the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Archaeological Park, with its majestic Greek temples, the fantastic Kolymbethra Garden and the famous Scala dei Turchi sea location.
