This cleverly refurbished apartment is situated in the ancient stables of Palazzo Blanco, which was built in the Baroque style at the end of the 17th century by Spanish architect Giovanni Verméxio as his home.

This intriguing 100 square meter open space overlooks the Syracuse port and is 50 meters from Fonte Aretusea and the Maniace Castle. During its restoration it was left without partition walls so as not to disturb the typical ancient cross vaults. The eclectic furnishing hails to both contemporary taste and Arab atmospheres. There is one king size bed and another double bed or two single beds can be organized in the living room area.

The kitchen corner is fully equipped and the bathroom is complete with a shower with massaging water jets.

The house comes with TV and Wi-Fi.

The apartment also has an outdoor area on the seafront from which you will be able to watch magnificent sunsets and a reading area in the palace’s garden.
